XPSSHHDR.DLL - Please Help Me!

Yesterday my antivirus deleted all shell extension in registry,
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Shell Extension\Approved
Now, my computer have a many problem.

when i open my mpc.exe (Media Player Classic)
it give an error "Visual C++ Runtime Error, R6002 floating point support not loaded"

when i open vcredist_x86.exe (Visual C++ 2005 & 2010)
it give an error too "vcredist.exe is not a valid win32 application"

and other executable error...

3. Select this shell extension and press F7 to disable this extension. After disabling the shell extension, check if the problem still occurs.
