I am using IE11 and Windows 7, my problem was slow right click mouse. I disabled and enabled three times to verify it was this sheel.
Norton Internet Security was not loading properly after disabling and said it wanted to fix (1) item. It tried to fix the problem using Norton Auto Fix. That failed and said to open support web site. I contacted Symantec. They took over the computer and reinstalled the program. So far Norton's works and the right click opens immediately.
