SDECon64.dll - Explorer crashes when you right-click on a folder. |
Experiencing Explorer crashes when right clicking in left pane of Windows Explorer. Downloaded the ShellExViewer 64 bit. Launched and sorted on Company. Started at the bottom planning to do one at a time. Safer Networks SpyBot Search and Destroy version 2.2.18.0 Update 2.2.18.91 appears to be the culprit. did not realize it had installed a context menu item. Disabled this and did a cold boot. The issue appears to have gone away. Leaving it disabled. Was thinking the NVidia CPL may be culprit from seeing what others experienced from other comments, but does not appear to be the case. Running a 2012 MacBook Pro Retina with dual boot Windows 7 Bootcamp and OS X Mavericks installation using 64 Bit version of ShellExViewer. Have 8 gb of ram installed.
