ShellExtension.dll - When right clicking on a drive only

I have an all USB drive system. Explorer would crash when I right clicked on any drive. I disabled this shell extension and everythng worked once again. I turned it on/off many time with a reboot after each setting. It turns out that I need to keep this extension turned off
