appresolver.dll - Explorer hangs indefinitely when you right-click on anything.

Located with liberal use of binary search - disabling half the extensions, restarting Explorer, verifying whether the issue is still present, rinse and repeat.
Personally though, no idea on the possible cause. Perhaps a bad update?
