erasext.dll - Explorer locks with right-click; could end process through Task Manager, then Explorer would work.

Reviewed the Context Menu as a Type. Then in the time frame when the locking started to occur, I reviewed when the files were created. Then I narrowed down the choices from there. Only problem was that I had to restart the computer each time to check Explorer.exe.
