nvshext.dll - Explorer crashes when you right-click an empty space on the desktop.

When NVIDIA drivers aren't installed, the problem does not occur. When "NVIDIA CPL Context Menu Extension" is disabled with ShellExView, the "NVIDIA Control Panel" entry is removed from the list and the problem does not present itself. You can still find the Control Panel through Windows Control Panel.
