nvshext.dll - Explorer crashes when you right-click on a folder.

right click on folder view folders in explorer NOT on the normal right panels folders right click.
By all rights the context menu extension should only execute on DESKTOP context view
where it provides a shortcut to the NVIDIA control panel.
