sendmail.dll - win 8 send to menu not working after hybrid shutdown or may be hibernation

hi i recently bought a windows 8 laptop , and then i transferred my user accounts and settings from previous laptop.
unfortunately i can't figure out why my send to menu does not work in hybrid shutdown.
While its working after clean reboot.But its perfectly working in previous win 7 laptop.
help me please!!
