shell.dll - Windows 10, This PC, right click, computer management shortcut, (manage) didn't work.

I ran the program and reviewed the highlighted items. After reviewing the list, I determined to leave
anything that looked like windows items alone and focused on programs that I have installed. I disabled
one item and then checked the shortcut and it worked! That was a lucky guess. Now everything works as
advertised. Thank you for developing such a program...otherwise I would have never found this fix!
