shellext.dll - Explorer is LAME and Chrashes many Times and Restart

i dont know what happen .. my Explorer is very LAME and Crashes many Times per day.
If i klick Right on Voluime (any) the Explorer Restart after 2 Minutes bevor it hang on and nothing gonna do..
