yiesrvc.dll - Yahoo IE Services caused "unhandled Win32 exception in iexplore.exe" IE7

yiesrvc.dll caused a "unhandled Win32 exception in iexplore.exe", and was generated whenever ANY browser window was closed. This of course caused most open browsers to suddenly close.
