shellext.dll - Explorer is LAME and Restart very often or hang on

The Explorer is very very LAME and Reset by himself many times per day.
If i klick RIGHT on VOLUME Kontex Menu, the Explorer Stops currently and restart about 2 minutes after.
A verry bad thing and nerv.
I need Help !
