NppShell_06.dll - Explorer crashes when you right-click on a file.

My problem turned out to be caused by FoxIt's PDF convertor "ConvertPDF" shell extension installed by their "Phantom PDF" software product. I found this using ShellExView by first selecting all non-Microsoft extensions to disable, restarting Explorer, and gradually reenabling groups of extensions, disabling and renabling single extensions, restarting Explorer each time and testing right-click on a non-exe file. I was thus able to narrow it down to the culprit extension/app within 5-10 miunutes, ultimately I uninstalled the offending program entirely to remove the extension. ShellExVierw is the bomb!! (fantastic app)
