Removing unwanted Explorer context menu items with ShellExView

In the following table, you can find a list of Explorer context-menu items that are added by variety of shell extensions. If you have one of these menu items in your Explorer context-menu and your want to remove it, you can do it by disabling the right shell extension with ShellExView utility.
