diff_ext_for_kdiff3.dll - Vista start menu would not launch many programs

The Vista start menu would not launch many programs, particularly those from Microsoft Office, by typing in the name of the program. Instead you had to navigate to "All Programs", "Microsoft office", etc. Removing kdiff solved that problem.
