|MWLIVShellExt.dll - Explorer crashes when you right-click on a file.|
Appears to be related to MyWinLocker: a program that came pre-installed on my Acer laptop, but didn't integrate into explorer's context menu until attempts to remove the system tray icon from starting up had configured the program to run more fully.
