SDECon64.dll - Explorer crashes when you right-click on a folder.

Only manifested when right-clicking on C: drive in the LEFT panel of Explorer. Clicking in RIGHT panel worked fine. First thought it was related to recent driver installs but those did not fix it when backed out. MS Fixit for file and folders cleaned up caches and icons but did not address the issue. Another article on MS support suggested ShellExView to look for non-Microsoft context-menu items. Process of elimination identified this extension as the culprit.
