cmdlineext_x64.dll - Explorer crashes when you right-click on a file.

Sony SecuROM context menu was crashing explorer.exe each time i right clicked any file (folders and other items were ok)
I suspect a recent security update, or possible file corruption (had some issues with corrupt files in the windows\syswow64 folder)
