JRShellExt.dll - Right click Start icon Power Users Menu not fully functional.

After Windows 10 2004 Update.
Power Users Menu not fully functional. Right clicking on the Start Icon displays the Power Users Menu.
Some of the menu items were not working when selected.
Disabling the Media Center x64 context menu with the ShellExView program fixed the problem.
